Is the student dress code a violation of students rights. In my finding it is. Some schools have suspended students for breaking the dress code rules. In Oklahoma a student got suspended for wear a headscarf. She was Muslim so it deal with her religion. Which in my opinion I think that's wrong. In a school in Texas school officers were caught on tape. Forcing boys to lift there shirts up to see if they were waist level. Even the honor kids are being suspended by breaking the rule by the simplest things like not tucking her shirt in. The school year has just started and about 700 hundred students have been suspended. School are more worried about the dress code than a students education.
